Proficiency Certification Series

The IPA continues to develop a suite of E-Learning courses that are designed for both advisors who are new to Direct Investments as well as those who can benefit from broadening their Direct Investments knowledge. You will also find these courses beneficial for home office staff training. We call this program the Proficiency Certification Series. Currently, we are offering a course on Non-Traded REITs and will soon offer a course on BDCs as we continue to expand this important resource.

Advanced Education

We continue to expand our designation style advanced education. Our most recent offering on Non-Traded REITs is the third course in the Advanced Education series. These academic courses are designed to help experienced advisors and home office support staff. The courses will expand the knowledge and skills necessary to more confidently and thoroughly analyze Direct Investments. More specifically, participants will learn how to explain the benefits of direct investments to clients, help assess suitability for a variety of product types and how to effectively integrate direct investments into portfolio construction.

The courses are CFP CE approved for 2 hours per course (CPF Board Registered CE Sponsor).
