DETAILED INVOICING – Reasonably Detailed Invoicing issued by the IPA

The Reasonably Detailed Invoicing Guideline has been developed by the Due Diligence Committee of the IPA to address payment of due diligence expense reimbursements under FINRA Rule 2310 (formerly NADS Rule 2810)(“Rule 2310″). It is meant to be used as a guide for broker-dealers and third-party due diligence firms and is not intended to take the place of legal counsel.
